1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Epichost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Epichost provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, email hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Payment & Billing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for hosting services
- Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Host, distribute, or link to illegal content
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing content
- Engage in activities that harm our network, servers, or other customers
- Host malware, exploit kits, or run cryptomining operations
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Abuse server resources beyond your plan's allocation
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosting services (excluding scheduled maintenance). If we fail to meet this SLA, you may request service credit proportional to the downtime experienced.
7. Domain Registration
- Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies and the respective registry terms
- You must provide accurate WHOIS information as required by ICANN
- Domain disputes are resolved per ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP)
- Domain renewal is your responsibility; we will send reminders but are not liable for expired domains
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epichost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms. You may cancel services at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
