Can I switch between plans later?
Yes - upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated. Mailboxes and data are preserved on the same provider; cross-provider moves require a one-time migration.
Do I need to own the domain at EpicHost?
No. You can point your domain’s MX records to our service from any registrar.
How is per-seat billing calculated?
You pay per active mailbox, billed for the tenure you select. Adding seats mid-tenure is pro-rated to the next renewal date.
Is there a free trial?
Google Workspace ships with a 14-day trial directly from Google. Titan Business and Enterprise Email do not include a free trial but offer a 30-day refund window.
